Reaxcer says farewell to freight notes

Digital waybills for 500 trucks. The Reaxcer truck depot with its head office in Östersund has made administration and communication more effective by integrating onboard computers with their transport management systems.

In other words, Reaxcer’s customers sign in directly using the handheld computer and drivers get their assignments sent digitally from the office. The signed order is sent back to the office where it can be processed for invoicing.

Transport management also uses fast messaging. They pick a specific vehicle that receives a question and a number of pre-defined answers. The driver chooses the reply alternative and replies by pressing a button. Faster answers and less time on the phone saves time and improves traffic safety. “We no longer need freight notes and all order information is sent digitally. This means that Reaxcer will remain at the forefront of modern, effective transport solutions,” says Michael Schahine, CEO Reaxcer.
