Arla saved SEK 4 million on 100 vehicles

Fuel consumption had fallen by six per cent after using Co-Driver for a year. In financial terms Arla Foods in Denmark saved SEK 4 million. Co-Driver was installed in all 105 collection vehicles and weekly reports of how drivers’ drove was printed out and put up in the drivers’ lunch room.

Not everyone was positive about this procedure but that soon changed when the results became clear. Drivers realised after a couple of months that the system not only helped cut emissions but also increased traffic safety. Less stress and no speeding. Kinder on the environment, safer and less stress.
